A Cuban classic, Congrí Rice is a rich and flavorful combination of black beans and rice infused with Caribbean spices and fresh herbs. Its signature dark color comes from Morado black beans, creating a hearty, aromatic dish that’s completely vegan and bursting with authentic flavor.
Salmorejo de Jueyes
A true Caribbean classic, this dish is traditionally made with marsh crabs, but here we’ll use tender blue crab meat for a flavorful twist. The crab is delicately picked and combined with onions, peppers, tomatoes, ginger, and an aromatic blend of spices to create a rich and savory “Criollo” sauce.
